David Duong is a renowned American entrepreneur, business owner/operator, and philanthropist. He founded California Waste Solutions, one of the top 30 recycling companies in the U.S., with operations in both the U.S. and Vietnam. David has made significant investments in recycling, waste-to-energy, green energy, real estate, and high technology. His visionary leadership has expanded CWS into a major enterprise with state-of-the-art facilities serving over 10 million customers on a weekly basis. David also founded the Vietnamese American Business Association (VABA) to enhance business collaboration between the U.S. and Vietnam.

Formerly Sales Director at VinFast US, Henry now serves as Project Director for California Waste Solutions and various other projects. Henry is deeply embedded in the North American startup ecosystem, known for his ability to build strong networks and connect key stakeholders. His strategic insights have been pivotal in supporting companies for IPO readiness, restructuring, and operational optimization.
